American Label & Tag, Inc. was founded in 1989 to be a producer of printed material of the highest quality. In 1992 we moved to facilities in Canton Michigan. We continued to grow In 1998 the company built and moved into a new expanded facility also in Canton, MI.

 

The original focus of ALT was in the label industry. We quickly expanded into the tag market. Soon thereafter we became a distributor of computer and bar-coding systems. Later a national distributor network was developed which today is a large part of our business. 

 

In our continuing effort to advance the quality of our products and services on August 4th 1998 American Label & Tag, Inc. became ISO-9002 certified. In February of 2004 we became ISO9001:2000 certified.
