Consecutive Numbering

OVERVIEW

American Label & Tag engineers labels to solve problems. The above labels have serialized consecutive numbers and barcodes.  They are designed to adhere to extremely rough surfaces. The bar code is thermally printed with our custom hot stamp bar code program. To insure scanability, the bar code is verified by our art department and also scanned by our QC department prior to shipment.

APPLICATIONS

  • Rough surface industrial applications
  • Inventory management and control
  • Automotive production and after markets
  • High temperature applications

Consecutive Number Labels

The above labels are of a multi-layered material. They have several mills of high strength acrylic adhesive, a thermal mylar surface, and are laminated with clear mylar. The clear mylar lamination is impervious to just about any solvent, oil, grease and is extremely abrasion resistant. These labels are designed to withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. They are used in an industrial environment, can be scanned within a 6 foot distance and were specifically designed to withstand 120 minutes of direct power spray with a cleaning solution.
